Latini is showcasing & launching recent version, BLP-1000, of its highly popular Ball and 3-D lollipop forming machine with a large no of user friendly features, which work with just a button press, such as Automatic Die washing/drying, Centralized Lubrication system etc.
Latini Manufactures and supplies a wide variety of cooking and processing machines for the continuous production of fondant, fudge, caramel, toffee, crème, icings, pure sugar, hard candy, lollipops, starlight candy and other applications, for more than 80 years from single location. It is well known for Hohberger continuous fondant machinery, cooking systems and caramel cooling wheels & other processing systems. These are fabricated from high quality stainless steel resulting in excellent sanitary construction.
The company offers custom engineered and built production/process equipment with installation on turnkey basis. Latini flat lollipop and 3-D machines are globally well known for decades & used by industry as reference/standard. A Servo version of HLM machine was recently introduced with print registration as standard feature. The operator can make very fine adjustments in lollipop from centralized control panel. Features such as remote diagnosis, service reports etc are offered as optional. Our other standard machines include batch formers, rope sizer, various candy packing and wrapping machines. All the machines are manufactured, sold and serviced from its plant located near the main Chicago O'Hare airport. |
