MCP-7 Cooling Conveyor
Air conditioned multi way tunnel for continuous cooling and feeding of bubble gum, chewing gum or chew candy rope from extruder to Forming machine. The rope passes through seven infinity variable non-stick belts. Once taken to the right temperature, the ropes can then be fed to the cut & wrap machines.

Main features of our tunnels:
- Air canalization onto the product.
- Air is conveyed, upwards in order to keep a perfect and constant cooling.
- Each belt/tier is separately driven with its own speed adjustment.
- Central speed adjustment of all belts/tiers by a push-button. (0 to 50 mt./min.).
