In one continuous rotary operation, the Latini Continuous Die Pop Forming and Wrapping Machine feeds, sizes, cuts, forms, inserts sticks, and crimp-wraps lollipops.
ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT CONTROL
The forming machine is equipped with three convenient features for varying the weight of the lollipops without changing the forming dies. Each set of forming dies has a weight adjustment factor of approximately 15% from either the upper or lower limit.
AUTOMATIC WRAPPING
Lollipops are formed and wrapped, all at the same rate of speed at which they are produced. The Wrapping is accomplished by passing lollipops through two sheets of cellophane or paper-coated poly film. A pair of heat sealing rollers then crimp-seals on four sides under Controlled heat and pressure.
WEIGHTS AND SHAPES
The Latini Forming Machine has a wide range of weights and shapes from 5 grams to 20 grams.
SHAPES: Flat round, oval., rectangular, square, polygon, ball, and sphere-related shapes, in addition to custom engraving.
Many sizes and shapes are available to choose from. Drawings featuring various shape lollipops furnished on request.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
- SINGLE POPS OR STRIPS
It is possible to form and wrap lollipops in individual packages or in a continuous strip of any desired length, from 2 to 99 pieces per strip. If multiple lengths of lollipops are required, a counting unit can be provided. - PHOTO EYE REGISTRATION
Photo paper registration equipment can be attached for registering package designs or words in the center of a wrapped lollipop. - PRINTING AND ICING DEVICE
The top lollipop surface is printed with an edible ink or sugar icing to highlight a figure, design, or letters with a color different than that of the actual lollipop giving a "two-color" effect. The ink or icing is applied in a continuous motion before the wrapper is heat sealed. Various designs are available to suit customer requirements. - LABELER
A self adhesive label can be applied directly on the lollipop wrapper and positioned in the center when continuous reel type pre-printed labels are used.

La machine de coloration et emballage continus de bonbons est une machine possédant un système de rotationpermanente. Elle alimente, calibre, coupe, insère des bâtons et emballe les sucettes. La machine de confection estéquipée d'un système de servo drive afin de faire varier le poids des sucettes sans changer la coloration et sansutiliser d'outil. Les sucettes sont formées et emballées en même temps, à la même vitesse avec laquelle est sontproduites.

La Máquina continua para formación y envasado de piezas con forma de dado es una máquina rotativa deoperación continua. Alimenta, determina el tamaño, corta, forma, inserta bastones y comprime y envuelvechupetines. La máquina formadora está equipada con un sistema de Servo mecanismo para variar el peso de loschupetines sin modificar la forma de las piezas, y sin el empleo de ninguna herramienta. Los chupetines sonformados y envueltos a la misma velocidad que cuando se los produce.
