LATINI COOLING DRUMS
Rigid construction - Heavy gauge stainless steel which is perforated throughout to permit heat from the product toi escape as well as eliminate small pieces or flashing of candy product to sift through.
Large Capacity blower is provided to supply air throughout the entire length of the drum. Refrigerated dry air is recommended for the blower intake, but ambient air is permissible when the cooling drum is located in a cool room with low humidity.
Elevation of the Cooling Drum for product flow can be regulated by raising or lowering the intake height for controlling length of time to remain and tumble inside of the drum
Latini Cooling Drum is built in four separate sections for easy removal should hot water or steam be required for cleaning.
Variable speed is provided to control tumbling speed and is easily regulated by a variable speed A.C. drive Ball bearing trunnions and rubber mounted wheels support the tumbling drum which ensures smooth and quiet operation as well as trouble-free performance.
Simplicity of design and construction allows easy access to all parts for cleaning. Rigid construction and the finest if materials guarantees trouble-free operation with a minimum of maintenance.

Latini tambours de refroidissement sont équipés de cylindre perforé pour le refroidissement des sucettes à billes,menthes pur sucre et autres friandises sphérique, assurant rondeur, surfaces lisses et de tri de l'ébavurage, en mêmetemps. Entraînement à vitesse réglable et le contrôle mécanisme basculant le débit du produit.
Disponible dans ambiante ainsi que réfrigérés refroidissement avec panneaux latéraux facilement démontables
TAMBORES DE REFRIGERACIÓN LATINI
Están equipados con cilindro perforado para el enfriamiento de chupetines de bola, mentitas de puro azúcar y otroscaramelos esféricos, lo que asegura redondez, superficies suaves y hace innecesaria la clasificación al mismotiempo. El mecanismo de ajuste de la velocidad de impulsión y de inclinación controla la velocidad de flujo delproducto.
Disponible en enfriamiento ambiente y refrigerado con paneles laterales fácilmente desmontables
