The Lab Pulling Machines are designed to pull-aerate-mix hard or soft candy masses in a smaller footprint as compared to our full size Horizontal Pulling Machine. The pulling is carried out by two vertical coated spinning arms that revolve around with the mass ensuring uniform pulling, aerating and mixing of the product.
