Batch Roller

• Universal Batch Roller delivers a predetermined candy rope.

Five Stage Rope Sizer

• First vertical pulling head for better rope pulling.
• Four wheel cluster pulling head for better grip and pull (*Optional- as per requirement)
• Universal Rope sizer for making and feeding rope for hard candy, Toffee, Lollipops, etc.
• Stainless steel sizing wheels for better rope grip and pulling

Further comes The Twisting Mechanism, a brand-new invention from the engineering team of Latini-Hohberger Dhimantec, the twisting widget uses an ultramodern, cutting edge technology that ensures your candy rope is developed perfectly with the desired rotational speed. We’ve designed this machine in a manner that all aspects can be controlled and adjusted while the machine is running. Other notable features of our Latini-Twisti are :

• One/Two pairs of rope twisting widgets.
• Infinity variable and syncronized twisting speed of belts.
• Adjustable and Wide range of rope diameter settings possible.
• Rope Twisting and cut length can be varied from the control panel while the machine is in operation, without using any tools.
• No gears or chains for twisting widgets to lubricate or maintain the machine.

Additionally, the Latini-Twisti (Candy Cane Machine) can also be supplied with the cutting mechanism that cuts the candy rope into the desired length and can be further processed or packed as required. Our cutting machine can also be controlled from the control panel, giving you the entire control of the manufacturing process without the need for tire-some changeovers and production stops. Features of the cutting mechanism are:
